The program aims to educate marginalized women about family planning using digital and social media platforms, addressing barriers like stigma and limited healthcare access. Its core goal is to disseminate accurate information and provide comprehensive online support, empowering women to make informed decisions about their reproductive health. Through targeted campaigns, interactive webinars, and an accessible online resource hub, the initiative equips women with knowledge and resources to navigate their reproductive health journey confidently. Additionally, it fosters community engagement and peer support, facilitating dialogue and sharing personal experiences. By leveraging digital mediums effectively, the program aims to bridge gaps in access to reproductive healthcare services and improve overall reproductive health outcomes among marginalized women. It plays a crucial role in advancing gender equality and promoting women’s rights. The social platforms of Ek Roshni shall be utilized to target women in rural, semi-urban and difficult areas in India.
The target is to reach to around 500 women in first year and a total of 1000 by the end of second year.
